Dear Parents and Guardians,

	I would like to introduce myself. I am Lara Burkhart, 

and I have the honor of being your child’s Integrated Physics and Chemistry (IPC) or Chemistry teacher. I received a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin. I have six years of experience as a Texas Parks and Wildlife Fish and Wildlife Technician. Currently, I am pursuing a Masters degree in Education at the Texas A & M Corpus Christi.

	I am very excited to be able to share the knowledge and 

experiences that I have gained. IPC and Chemistry are physical science courses. IPC involves combining reading, mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Physics is the study of matter and energy. Chemistry is the study of matter and energy. If you have any questions or concerns,please contact me at the school (See number in heading).
