Here is some information to help you get the tech support you need:

1. When you submit a work order all techs get an email notification. 2. Work orders are handled in the order received. Exception: We sometimes check the work order system while on campus to fix little things and save a trip. 3. Work orders are prioritized in this order:

• Emergency: Effects Whole District or Person in Charge of Whole District Data
• High: Effects Whole Campus or Person in Charge of Whole Campus Data
• Medium: Effects a Whole Class of Students
• Low: Effects One User

4. When you call us we will ask you to put in a work order. 5. When we get an email for support we have to copy your email to the work order system so please use the work order system.
