About Me

I am so excited to be teaching 2nd grade at Welder Elementary. This is my first year teaching and I am ready to meet all my students. I live with my husband, Cole and our two dogs and cat. My husband's job brought us to the Corpus Christi area and we love living near the coast. I grew up in Rockwall which is about 20 miles east of Dallas. When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, going to the beach, fishing, golfing, and relaxing at home. I graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
