Registration Forms - 2010/2011

Beat the lines, download your 2010-2011 registration forms online, fill them out at home and be ready when you come to registration in August. The link to the forms is HERE. (Adobe Reader required)

School Registration Dates

Registration dates for the 2010-2011 school year are as follows:

Sinton High School - Wednesday, August 4 & Thursday, August 5 (8am-12pm, 1pm-4pm, 5pm-7pm) Note:Since registration will only be held during these two days, registration is open to any HS grade classification at any time to allow families the most flexibility. Students are required to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at the time of registration. Students are expected to be dressed appropriately for school ID photos. SHS Late Registration will be on Friday, August 13, 2010 from 8am–4pm. Students will not be guaranteed the schedule they signed up for if registering during late registration.
Welder/Sinton Elementary - Monday, August 9 (8:30am-11:30am, 5pm-7pm) and Tuesday, August 10 (1pm-3:30pm) at Sinton Elementary Campus.
Smith Middle School - (8am-12pm, 5pm-7pm) Wednesday, August 11 (8^th grade), Thursday, August 12 (7^th grade) and Friday, August 13 (6^th grade)

School Supply Bundles

Sinton Elementary and Welder Elementary school supply bundles will be made available to elementary students for the 2010-2011 school year. Bundles for Sinton Elementary may be purchased during registration from PTO for $50 per student and includes all school supplies. Bundles for Welder Elementary students, provided by Welder PTA for $50, may be reserved by calling Welder Elementary at 364-6600 and speaking to Ms. Trevino, Ms. Silva or Ms. Julie. To assure your reservation please do not leave a message on the voice mail system.
